PROFIT Magazine has included Tenzing, in the 18th annual ranking of Canada's 100 fastest growing companies, published in the June issue of PROFIT and online at PROFITguide.com. Ranking Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies by five-year revenue growth, the PROFIT 100 profiles Canada's most successful growth companies, and is Canada's largest annual celebration of entrepreneurial achievement.
According to the company, its success is attributed to over 1000% organic growth over the last five years. According to Tenzing, in 2004, the company embarked on a comprehensive restructuring program to create the sales, engineering, technical support and data center infrastructure necessary to service organizations with mission-critical web applications requiring complex Linux and Windows hosting solutions with high-availability and disaster recovery features. Although a relatively small part of the total web hosting market, Tenzing has attempted to fill this niche with high-value solutions for small and Fortune 100 companies in Canada and the United States.
