Be Proactive

You must be an expert in fire prevention. Tenzing's TAMs are fire prevention experts. TAMs are responsible for proactively assessing your technical and business requirements and activities (such as Service Level and Capacity Management) that prevent service impacting issues on an ongoing basis.

Be Collaborative

Unique challenges deserve unique solutions. Tenzing begins every engagement with an assessment of the customer's unique situation TAMs listen carefully and then work with them to develop the best plan of action. This collaboration continues through the entire IT life-cycle with monthly reports and regularly scheduled meetings to proactively understand changing business requirements and deliver continual improvement

Tenzing's collaborative approach means:
  • Ongoing knowledge transfer to achieve sustainable value for your organization
  • Being flexible enough to engineer solutions that satisfy your specific business requirements
  • Creating alignment around requirements, risks and realistic service level objectives
  • We won't sell our "A" team and then bring in a "B" team once the contract is signed
  • We identify and mesh with your organizational assets to achieve an optimize level of service
  • We anticipate risks and special requirements

Maximize Value

Driving out cost and maximizing the value of the services it consumes is a key concern for every healthy organization. Tenzing's managed services offer a significant leap forward in cost-effectiveness. Economies of scale, standardized toolsets, proven procedures, and high levels of automation accelerate time-to-delivery and reduce total cost of ownership for all customers. By collaborating with you to understand your unique requirements and driving the continual improvement process, TAMs ensure the right resources are used at the right times to maximize value on an ongoing basis.

Key aspects of Maximizing Value include:
  • Reliably and securely leveraging shared network, storage, and compute resources
  • Engineering scalability into application infrastructure so resources can be adjusted seamlessly
  • Right-sizing your IT infrastructure through performance testing and ongoing capacity management
  • Right-sourcing technologies

Mitigate Risk

Anticipating, communicating and mitigating risk is fundamental to Tenzing's collaborative approach. As the business impact of quality of service issues grows, so does the risk. The customer must acknowledge these financial and technical risks if a project is going to be successful long term. Your TAM will leverage Tenzing's experience with hundreds of customers over many years to anticipate risk, communicate it and suggest best practices for mitigating it.
