Brian Shepard,  Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Brian Shepard leads Tenzing's financing and business planning. He is focused on industry partnerships, acquisitions, and shaping the culture of the company. Brian has over ten years experience running his own managed IT services companies and majored in computer science and economics at Brock University.

Kelly Beardmore,  Chief Technical and Security Officer

Kelly Beardmore has helped build Tenzing into a leading provider of managed IT services for companies with business-critical Internet application through his vision and dedication to operational excellence. Kelly is a member of Microsoft, HP and Novell technology advisory councils and was RackForce Hosting Inc.'s Operations Manager and Business Strategist for three years before moving to Tenzing in October of 2004. Kelly holds a Bachelors Degree in Politics from the University of British Columbia and a Masters Degree in Contemporary Political and Social Thought from the University of Victoria.

Marshall Black,  Vice President of Operations

Marshall Black leads our Operations department which includes: Technical Support Services, Deployment Services and the Technical Services Group. Marshall has over 25 years IT management, business development and consulting experience across many industry verticals. His past experience includes: Programming Manager for a large Canadian trucking company; DC manager for the Canadian division of a world-wide integrated transportation company; VP Network Services for one of Canada's largest mutual fund providers; Sr. Consultant for an engineering and IT services firm; VP/CIO for a technology leasing and asset management company and VP Business Development for telecom equipment VAR. Marshall is very active in his community including 15 years as a leader with Scouts Canada.

Michael Turcsanyi,  Vice President of Account Services

Michael Turcsanyi is responsible for Tenzing's Account Services including Solutions Engineering and Technical Account Management. Mike is a certified ITIL Practitioner in change, configuration and release management and holds certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. He was the IT Manager for The Equitable Trust Company and the Release Manager for the Royal Bank of Canada's Action Direct online trading application. Mike was also a co-founder of Bagna Networks Inc which was acquired by Tenzing. Mike holds a diploma in Network Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Barry Cohen,  Vice President of Sales

Barry Cohen is responsible for both direct sales and channel partner initiatives at Tenzing. Barry has a successful track record in sales, marketing and business development in technology and services companies. Prior to joining Tenzing, Barry was Regional Vice President for Nexient Learning. He has worked in leadership roles in high growth, early stage companies including Clearnet, BCE Emergis, Jonas & Erickson as well as several startups. Barry has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, as well as Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.

Simon Keogh,  Vice President of Marketing

Simon Keogh is responsible for driving Tenzing's go-to-market strategy. Simon has 17 years of experience building successful enterprise and consumer software companies, most recently as vice president of product management for Univeris. Prior to Univeris, Simon was vice president of product marketing for Tira Wireless, a pioneer in the burgeoning wireless industry specializing in mobile content development and outsourcing. Simon's career spans several marketing and product management roles with companies including Brightspark, Delano Technology, MGI Software, Symantec and Delrina. Simon is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a Bachelor of Science degree.
