Bill Di Nardo, Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of the Richard Ivey school of Business, Bill Di Nardo is a serial entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience building high-performance teams and driving rapid revenue growth companies. As the founder and former President and C.E.O. of Grocery Gateway Inc., Bill worked with his team to pioneer e-commerce in Canada. Bill was recognized as a brand builder and entrepreneur, being named E&Y’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000. Bill transitioned from entrepreneur to investor in 2002 with the formation of Eventi Capital Partners; an investment group focused on growth technology companies, including software-as-a-service and web infrastructure services. Since Eventi’s initial investment in 2007, Bill and the Eventi team have played a key role in Tenzing’s operation and growth. As CEO, Bill will help to accelerate the evolution and growth of highly skilled and specialized managed IT services at Tenzing.
Raj Atwal, President
Instrumental in Tenzing’s shift to Commerce, Raj Atwal brings more than 20 years of international experience in information technology, consulting and business development to his role at Tenzing. Raj is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the company and leads the implementation of the corporate strategy across the organization. His vision is for Tenzing to provide unparalleled support and service to merchants, retailers and brand manufacturers in Commerce as well as partners and integrators that support this market. Tenzing’s success stems from on Raj’s leadership in Commerce, adaptability to the marketplace and laser focus on finding and developing technologies that solve the most pertinent problems facing retailers. Raj works closely with all facets of the organization to ensure the highest level of customer service are delivered across all touchpoints, and that customer and market feedback are used to continuously improve operations. During his tenure with Tenzing, Raj has built the sales and marketing engine, lead the company to Level 1 PCI-DSS Service Provider Compliance, invested in the Tenzing Managed Services to deliver greater value to retailers, grown the worldwide footprint of data centers, developed the Oracle Commerce, Magento, Hybris, and Intershop partnerships and launched the Advanced Managed Services suite of offerings. Raj holds a BSc (Hons) Information Systems for Business, from the University of Wolverhampton, UK.
Gordon Dyer, Chief Financial Officer
Gordon Dyer joined Tenzing in 2016. As Chief Financial Officer, Gordon is responsible for financial reporting, treasury, tax and overseeing the Company’s financial planning, risk management, and internal control processes. Gordon has more than 20 years of financial management experience with both public and private companies in Canada. Prior to Tenzing, Gordon held CFO positions at Q9, LexisNexis Canada, and McGraw-Hill Ryerson Ltd. He previously held senior finance positions at a number of prominent technology firms, including Teletech Canada, EDS and Rogers Communications. Gordon earned a B.Comm. (Honours) from McMaster University and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University. He is a CPA, CMA.
Elizabeth Scott, VP of Client Success
Elizabeth Scott leads Tenzing’s Client Success Team responsible for the strategic account management of Tenzing’s existing clientele. Elizabeth joined Tenzing in 2008 to build our Service Desk and her focus on performance through automation, process improvement, and improved technical skillset saw her grow that team to include three tiers of support, the Technical Account Manager program and more. In 2016, she made the leap out of Information Technology operations when she moved over to the newly formed Client Success Team. Inspired by her experience working with retailers, Elizabeth created Tenzing’s Cyber Week and Holiday Season Preparedness Programs to ensure Tenzing infrastructure and teams were prepared for the holiday season. She has also developed a Campaign Best Practice program to help ecommerce customers extend the life of their infrastructure during peak periods. With previous experience at HP, Elizabeth is an ITIL practitioner with over ten years’ experience in IT support and service.
Jason Antheunis, Vice President, Managed Services
Jason Antheunis heads up the Managed Services teams at Tenzing including Security, Database, Linux and Windows server administration and our 24/7/365 global service desk teams. Prior to joining Tenzing in 2016, Jason held a series of mid and senior level positions in the Canadian media industry supporting some of Canada’s most widely consumed news and information websites. With a strong technical background and significant experience in both virtualized and cloud environments, Jason helps Tenzing’s customers achieve maximum uptime and scalability for their environments by utilizing industry best practice including ITIL and helping them optimize their investments to scale efficiently.
Chris MacLean, Vice President of Technology
Chris has been working with technology in the Internet, Ecommerce and Hosting industries for close to 20 years. From the days of dial-up ISPs to managing ecommerce infrastructure for well-known brands, Chris has always been a key part of the technology teams where he has worked. Starting as a systems administrator, Chris quickly expanded his skillset to include a broad range of technology in the Internet space including data center management, telecommunications, transaction processing and cloud computing. Chris has been leading infrastructure management teams for 15 years and is known for a ‘hands-on’ approach. Chris joined Tenzing in 2013 and is responsible for architecture, engineering, and development. Chris plays an instrumental part in creating Tenzing’s service offerings and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Ira Kapoor, Vice President, Talent Management
Ira joined Tenzing in December 2015 with a mandate to bring focus and structure around their talent practices. As Director of Talent, Ira works closely with the leadership team to drive impact around key initiatives relating to Talent Acquisition, Management & Development to build a high performing and motivated workforce. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and has worked for over 14 years across some of the leading Multi-National organizations and in diverse industries viz. Banking & Financial Services, Pharma and Technology Enabled Services. During her career, Ira has led and supported transformation efforts and worked with organizations at different stages of their lifecycle. These experiences have added to her subject matter expertise within the ‘Talent’ domain and enhanced her ability to be credible advisor for the business. High on her list of current priorities is ‘building a culture of continuous learning at Tenzing’.
